1. Supplier and service
CODENEX INTERNATIONAL SRL, Strada Gabroveni 61, 030167 Bucharest, Romania, VAT/CUI RO52632905, supplies a multi-tenant cloud PBX with the features and limits stated in the assigned plan.
2. Registration and activation
The user verifies the e-mail address and company data, receives price, tax, duration and documents, and confirms the order. Telephony activation also requires a valid Product Key and a working SIP line. A person registering an organisation warrants authority to bind it.
3. Prices, payment and renewal
The order states the plan, recurring items, promotion, tax, invoicing entity and next renewal. Stripe processes card payments. The standard plan normally includes five extensions; extra extensions cost EUR 1/month each. A CloudVoce Italian number costs EUR 80/year and is subject to availability.
4. Numbers and emergency calls
The Customer may connect a compatible carrier line or request an available CloudVoce number. Ownership, caller ID, portability and location rules apply. VoIP emergency calls depend on Internet, power, configuration and carrier location; an independent alternative must be kept available.
5. Permitted use and security
The Customer protects credentials and devices and complies with privacy, recording and telemarketing rules. Fraud, spoofing, abusive traffic, unauthorised access, unlawful campaigns and interference with networks are prohibited.
6. Suspension and termination
A plan cancellation suspends paid functions but normally leaves account access available for renewal and configuration. Full company blocking is a separate explicit superadmin action or an overriding legal/security measure. Product Key validation includes the stated seven-day grace period.
7. Privacy, support and liability
The Privacy Policy and DPA explain processing. Service levels and complaints are covered by the Service Charter. Liability, exclusions, governing law and jurisdiction are set out in the complete terms and remain subject to mandatory law.
